For all PU modes with a BAN or BNN connection. Maximum frame size on the BAN/BNN side of the connection, excluding BAN/BNN and SNA headers. For an SDLC-BAN connection, if the value of this parameter is equal to that of the puSdlcMaxFrame parameter, then no frame splitting will occur. On the other hand, if the value of this parameter is different from that of the puSdlcMaxFrame parameter, the FRAD will split the frames according to the smaller max frame value. The same is true of a SDLC-BNN, LLC-BAN and LLC-BNN connection.
