Description
Specifies whether the PHY operates in loop-timing or local-timing mode. In loop-timing, the recovered clock from the receive signal is used directly to time transmit data. Hence, the PHY is synchronized to the far-end transmitter. In local timing, transmit data is timed from a local oscillator of frequency 155.52 MHz (20ppm).
