Action required: To make the collector reachable for given vertical on the DVS, user has to make sure there is(are) vmknic(s) with expected stack vmwNsxTDataCenterStackAlias created and configured with approriate IPv4(6) addresses, and the network connection to vmwNsxTDataCenterVerticalName collector vmwNsxTDataCenterCollectorIP is also fine. So user has to do the checking on DPU vmwNsxTDataCenterDPUId, and perform required configuration to make sure the condition is met. Finally if `vmkping vmwNsxTDataCenterCollectorIP -S vmwNsxTDataCenterStackAlias` with SSH to DPU via ESXi enabled succeeds, this indicates the problem is gone.
