The xTUs shall choose the S (factor) and D(depth) values such that the actual one-way interleaving delay (Xdsl2ChStatusActDelay - VDSL2-LINE-MIB) is as close as possible to, but less than or equal to hwVOPINPDelayConfProfMaxDelayUs. The delay is coded in ms, with the value 0 indicating no delay bound is being imposed.
